The international spy organization SDS dispatches an agent codenamed "Nightingale" to enter the country and make contact with an undercover spy known as "The Boss," in order to transfer top-secret aerospace intelligence. Zheng Yu, an investigator from the National Security Bureau, accepts the mission to uncover the plot from his hospital bed.
Zheng Yu has confronted The Boss multiple times over the years, but The Boss has managed to escape every time. Meanwhile, "Nightingale" is hidden within the "Dream Angels," a performance troupe visiting the city. During surveillance, Zheng Yu suddenly discovers that one of the members of the "Dream Angels" is his daughter, whom he hasn't seen for many years.
Zheng Yu is instantly overwhelmed by fear...
