Taking a Chinese girl named ‘Anar’ (pomegranate) as a clue, the documentary presents a deep reflection on the intrinsic connection between the cities of Xi'an, China, and Isfahan, Iran, through the perspectives of an Iranian history professor and a Chinese documentary filmmaker. At the intersection of tradition and modernity, the historical heritage and spiritual commonalities between China and Iran are linked, and a spiritual dialogue between Persian and Oriental civilizations takes place from a new perspective in today's world.
